This workshop seeks to equip leaders with skills and practical tools to assist with developing leadership competencies for a synodal Church.  
In this session we will explore:
  • Attributes of servant leadership
  • Values for developing a new culture of leadership: Consultation - Co-responsibility - Transparency - Accountability
  • Leadership formation elements: Competencies - Expectations - Feedback - Development Goals - Resources - Support
  •     Commit to work on one leadership competency you would like to develop further and begin to create a development plan
