How many emails did you have to ignore today, what’s your plan to answer them after tonight’s social hour. Start searching for being overwhelmed, too much to do, or better time management and you will find many results that burn even more of your precious time. What are your personal goals, what are your team goals, what are your organizations goals. If you don’t have personal alignment with where things are going you will continue to feel under pressure, worry about the wrong stuff, and in the end be disappointed with your results.
