How many emails did you have to ignore today, what’s your plan to answer them after tonight’s social hour. Start searching for being overwhelmed, too much to do, or better time management and you will find many results that burn even more of your precious time. What are your personal goals, what are your team goals, what are your organizations goals. If you don’t have personal alignment with where things are going you will continue to feel under pressure, worry about the wrong stuff, and in the end be disappointed with your results. Today we will talk about taking additional responsibilities in stride and focusing on what needs to get done while saying no, politely, to things that really don’t matter.

John Norman and Shawn Baas will explore strategies, tools, and relationship considerations for fostering IT collaboration, ensuring data integrity, and building trust within Parish-Diocese partnerships. Drawing from their experiences with rural communities in north central Nebraska and the Archdiocese of Omaha, they will share insights on how 21st-century families of parishes can effectively utilize modern technologies. Attendees will learn practical approaches to create a secure and reliable IT environment that supports the mission and needs of their communities.
