Lisa Metcalfe serves as Director of Services and Programs for Leadership Roundtable, leading staff in delivering our comprehensive leadership development and consultancy services to Catholic organizations and dioceses across the United States. Before transitioning her career to work for the Church, Lisa was a senior leader at both corporate and nonprofit entities. She is an entrepreneur, having launched a national professional services firm with a team of colleagues with more than a decade of professional services and consulting experience. Prior to joining Leadership Roundtable, she served in the Archdiocese of Denver.
